Okay, i was just surfing the net when i stumbled on this interesting news, i am a fan of the animal kingdom, so i get interested in any news that has to do with animals. I recall the warning of Elder Innocent Ukaego concerning bees, when i went with the youths to a recently concluded youth camp, he said he feared bees more than a Lion, wow, i turned and asked why, he said, because the bee will only leave you when the stuff that invited them to you in the first place leaves, i will share details to that camp later. Now to the news in full....

5,000 bees colonise shop front as reported by press associaction......
A 5,000-strong swarm of honeybees have caused a buzz by nesting on a shop front in the middle of central London. The bevy of bees honed in on a discount sign on the window of Topshop in Victoria Street, turning the fashion store display into a carpet of insects. It is understood the unusual nesting place was picked by the Queen bee, who landed there first and was quickly followed by her devoted colony.
You know "Oyibo" people and their fearless behaviours, well Scores of Londoners stopped to take photographs of the unusual sight, in the heart of busy central London. I am sure if its my dear country, the shop owner will call a spiritaulist to come and pray for the show, because he feels that his village people want to spoil biz for him, lol., plus Nigerians will just gather there to see for themselves if the story is actually true before even taking pictures, you will hear things like "Eeeya, na so the man money enter one chance' or " haaa, this one na big wahala", or "who send the bee self, kai, awon aye", lols....

Tony Mann, a project manager at nearby John Lewis and a trained bee keeper, dashed over to the shop to help lead efforts to smoke the European honeybee colony out. Mr Mann, who donned a white bee keeping costume and netted hat for the tricky task, said: "We have either had a virgin Queen or an old Queen, she has left the nest and she has brought the warm and settled on the shop front."
He said some of the bees were flying around the area "like scouts to try to find out where the next best place to go is". Adding: "We are going to smoke them into a box and encourage them to stay there and we will remove them later today."
Asked where the bees will be taken, he said: "They will go to whoever wants a hive. We need bees in London as much as we need them on the countryside. Bees are a keystone species. These are European honeybees."
It is common for honeybees to swarm and set up a new hive during the spring time.
Wow, this can only happen in the western world, the interesting part is that, the bees where not killed, but they were taken to a save place, so they couldcontinue their positive imoactes to the environments.
