What are Fundamental Human Rights?

Fundamental human rights are rights which by their very nature have become fundamental to existence. They are not just mere rights.
The Supreme Court declared of them in Saude V Abudullah (1989) 4 NWLR Pt. 116 page 387@419 as:
"fundamental rights are important and they are not just mere rights. They are fundamental. They belong to the citizen. These rights have always existed even before orderliness prescribed rules for the manner they are to be sought."

He requested to meet with Ojinta, but the wife insisted that he was still asleep, but she would drop any message he has got for her husband and the father of her four beautiful girls. After much pressure from Nneka, He handed over a tablet of scroll to her, informing her that a hunting competition was billed to kick off soon and the scroll contained information needed by each competitor. The messenger further added that all the competitors must be between 16years and 22years of age, then he left Nneka, as he journeyed further to the houses of other prospective competitors in the neighborhood. In the struggle for a better today, and hopefully, a gallant tomorrow, we do a lot of things to survive, today we shall be looking at some extremes in the pursuit of happiness, as as culled from City People:
Big girls.....abi?
Do you know that quite a lot of babes who live in Abuja do not have any decent job that they do. Do you also know that very few of them have shops or any tangible work place they can point to as office, yet they live big and they drive flashy and exotic cars, live in very expensive apartments, dress to kill, buy expensive things and travel abroad for holidays.
