5 health tips that work


                                     
Let me begin by assuring you that you are not created to fall sick, the bible assures us that we are greater than any sickness.

Health is wealth, yet many of us wait till we are bed ridden or in need of medical attention before we take care of our body.

Let me highlight 5 things you can do daily that can lead to stable health..

  • WATER
  • AIR
  • EXERCISE
  • FOOD
  • SLEEP
Water: The importance of clean water to our body can be liked to the breath we take in each day, can u imagine yourself holding your breath for a while, see how uncomfortable you will be. So water is very important for your well-being. Take in as much water until your urine becomes colourless.

Air: The heart needs enough oxygen derived from the air you inhale to enable the pumping of blood in the body, so it is important to inhale air that is not polluted. Sometimes you can take long inhales and exhales to make breathing fun and stretching of the lungs and chest.


Exercise: Running, fast walk, Jugging, Jumping, Singing and even Smiling are kinds of exercise you can do to make your body ready for the days work and also burn off some calories. Early morning or Late night exercises are usually advised as it can lead to sound health

Food: Eating good food with less fat, more vegetables and less or no junk will bounce you into sound health, so eat well for good health.

Sleep: The moment you close you eyes to sleep, you also relax several body parts and make them more relevant when you wake up, I will advice you sleep for at least 6-7 hrs a day
